Our first ever Rosé, made from 100% organic Pinot Noir. Dedicated to Nancy Uyehara Lee, whose nickname as a child growing up in Hawai'i was "Momoye," or peach blossom.

This is not your typical Rosé. Rather than picking early, we allowed the grapes to fully ripen before hand harvesting. The stunning pink colour was achieved through careful monitoring of skin contact, and then nature did the rest. Fermentation in stainless steel using the available naturally-occurring yeasts. 

We can't explain how it happened, but our Momoye has juicy peach aromas and flavours. It is a wine Nancy would be proud of.
