From a small but powerful vintage, our 2024 "Thymeless Jack" has all the hallmarks of Spurlock Vineyards Pinot Noir: lovely dark burgundy colour, red and black fruits (think red cherry, blackberry, and plum), spice, mushroom, and forest floor. Firm tannins and well-integrated oak on the long finish. Delicious now (decanting is recommended since it is a young wine) and can easily be cellared for up to 10 years.
